Great value for money
Positive: Excellent host and other staff, included parking spot, the building has an elevator. Literrally 10m from the beach, which is clean and maintained daily.
Appartnemt is modern-looking, all clean and tidy, with a great sea view.
Negative: Internet (wifi) is somewhat lagging so if you are from EU you'll be better of using your mobile data.

Best accommodation in Tučepi.
Positive: One of the few properties that looks even better in person than in the photos — both the apartment and the view!
The owner was very flexible and always available.
A big plus was the unexpected lift in the building.
